Reports are sent to the printer by clicking the Print File/Print line after the report is opened in the report program. If there is no printer, the "Print to file" option is selected. When the OK button is clicked, the program prompts you to enter a file name. When the file name is entered and the OK button is clicked, the report is saved as a * .prn extension with the entered name.
