ideCAD Wrep is a free, limited version of ideCAD Architecture program with limited possibilities. Projects made in ideCAD Architecture, ideCAD Static Reinforced Concrete and ideCAD Static Steel can be opened and drawn in ideCAD Wrep program. Corrections can also be made on projects. However, in the ideCAD Wrep program, information entries are limited. Axle, column, wall etc. objects cannot be defined. Here only line, circle, arc, etc. It is allowed to draw objects called primitive objects in the program, a building information modeling (BIM) software that architects and structural engineers use. It allows users to view, explore, and print ideCAD projects,
What can you do with ideCAD Wrep?
Viewing and Exploring Projects:
Open and view ideCAD project files: This includes architectural models, structural designs, and other project data created in the full versions of ideCAD.
Navigate and explore 3D models: Users can rotate, zoom, and pan within the 3D environment to understand the project's spatial characteristics.
Analyze project details: Wrep allows users to examine building elements, dimensions, and other project information embedded within the model.
Editing:
Modifications: While you can't create new building elements like walls or columns, you can make simple edits to existing ones, such as moving or resizing them.
Drawing tools: ideCAD Wrep provides full access to basic 2D drawing tools like lines, circles, and arcs, enabling users to add annotations or markups to the project.
Sharing and Collaboration:
Exchange project files: Wrep facilitates sharing ideCAD projects with others, even if they don't have the full version of the software. This is useful for collaboration and review purposes.
Printing and exporting: Users can print project drawings and views or export them in various formats for presentations or documentation.
ideCAD Wrep serves as a useful tool for:
Clients and stakeholders: To review and understand project designs.
Contractors and subcontractors: To access project information and coordinate their work.
Students and educators: To learn about BIM concepts and explore ideCAD projects.
If you need the full functionality of ideCAD, including BIM capabilities and advanced design tools, you'll need to purchase a license for the full version of ideCAD Architectural or other relevant ideCAD modules.
No dongle is required to run the ideCAD Wrep program. ideCAD Wrep can be installed on any computer, and project outputs can be taken with this program.it.
