With the IFC file format, project information can be transferred to other software that can read this format or data can be taken from other software to the program.
Import IFC
The ideCAD icon in the upper left corner of the program is clicked.
From the menu that opens, the Import/IFC line is clicked.
In the dialog that opens, the file type you want to record is selected on the right side of the File Name line.
Give a name to the File Name line and click the Save button.
Export IFC
Projects created in ideCAD Structural program can be saved in IFC format.
Click the ideCAD icon in the upper left corner.
Click the Export/IFC.ifc line from the menu that opens.
In the dialog that opens, the file type you want to record is selected.
Give a name to the File Name line and click the Save button.
