This warning is caused by the Turkish character problem. You must edit your computer language and region settings in Turkish.

  • Enter the control panel.

  • Click on the clock, language, and region icon.

  • Click on the title of the region .

  • The region dialog will open. If you set the "Language of non-Unicode programs" option to your language in the Administrative tab, the characters will appear correctly.

  • To do this, click on the change system locale button.

  • The region settings dialog will open. List of Your Region you select.

  • After doing the procedure, turn the computer off and on.

If this warning appears even though your settings are in your language, you must first select a different language and country and restart your computer. Then again, Region will fix the problem if you select restart.
