After logging in to the technical support center, follow the steps below to access other users' questions.
Click the Requests button on the top right of the technical support center page .
Click on the Other Concrete Users line from the drop-down list .
If you are only an ideCAD Structural Concrete or ideCAD Architecture user, only the Other Concrete Users or Other Architecture Users rows are listed.
Other users' questions will be listed.
