The preferences dialog is the dialog that includes the general settings of the program. In this dialog, many options can be set, from the node snap factor, to units, from grid settings to axis borders. The preferences dialog is accessed by clicking the Settings/Preferences line in the classic menu and the Settings/Project Settings/Preferences icon located in the ribbon menu . The descriptions of the options available in this dialog are as follows:
