With the offset command, you can copy a 2-dimensional drawing element objects (line, circle, arc) are copied inner or outer in parallel directions up to direction by the specified distance you specify inward or outward.
Location of the Offset Command

Click the Offset icon in the ribbon menu .
Enter the offset distance in the offset distance box on the offset toolbar that opens.
Select the object and click the side to be offset.
Click the right mouse button or press esc on the keyboard to finish.
