The structure is rotated based on the lower left corner with an angle value given by the rotate structure command.
Click the Modify / Rotate Structure line in the classic menu , and the Tools / Tools / Rotate Structure icon in the ribbon menu .
The Rotate Structure dialog will open.
Give the angle value and click the OK button.
