You can change the intersection algorithm for angled intersections with the Set Trim Algorithm command.
Location of the Set Trim Algorithm Command
You can access it from the Ribbon menu Modify tab under the Object Edit heading.
Usage Steps
Click the Set Trim Algorithm command.
Select your object whose trim method is to be changed by clicking with the left mouse button.
The trim method of your object will change.
