Edge Local Offset
The Edge Local Offset command is used to create a U-shaped thread on the profile object.
Click the Profile Transactions icon from the Profile Object toolbar .
Click the Edge Local Offset icon from the Profile Operations toolbar that opens .
Click the edge you want to create a tooth on the profile object you drew earlier.
Move the mouse to give the first point of the thread on the object.
Slide the mouse to give the second point of the thread on the object.
Slide the mouse to give the width of the thread on the object. At this stage, you can enter thread width in the "Application Distance" box on the profile operations.
Press the left mouse button and finish the process.
Edge Local Offset Delete
Deletes the tooth created with the Edge Local Offset command on the profile object.
Click the Profile Transactions icon from the Profile Object toolbar .
Click the Edge Local Offset Delete icon from the Profile Operations toolbar that opens .
Click the edge local offset you defined earlier on the profile object.
Edge Offset
Shifts a previously defined profile object by the specified distance.
Click the Profile Transactions icon from the Profile Object toolbar .
Click the Edge Offset icon from the Profile Operations toolbar that opens .
Click the desired edge on the profile object you previously drew.
At this stage, enter the delay amount in the "Application Distance" box on the profile operations.
Press the left mouse button.
Edge Offset Delete
It cancels the offset operation made with the Edge Offset command on the profile object.
Click the Profile Transactions icon from the Profile Object toolbar .
Click the Delete Edge Offset icon from the Profile Operations toolbar that opens .
Click on the edge of the previously offset profile object.
Inside Edge Cut
Create a given distance on the profile object.
Click the Profile Transactions icon from the Profile Object toolbar .
Click the Edge Cut Out icon from the Profile Operations toolbar that opens .
Click the desired edge on the profile object you previously drew.
At this stage, enter the delay amount in the "Application Distance" box on the profile operations.
Move the mouse to locate the space to be opened on the edge and click with the left mouse button.
A space is created as much as the value entered in the Application Distance box.
After the gap is created, the gap distance can be changed by pressing the Esc key and moving the mouse.
Edge Inner Cut Delete
Removes the space created by Edge Cut Out on the profile object.
Click the Profile Transactions icon from the Profile Object toolbar .
Click the Delete Edge Cut Out icon from the Profile Operations toolbar that opens .
Click on the edge of the profile object that was previously cut.
Edge End Cut
It opens a space at a certain distance at the beginning or end of the profile object. Shorten the object.
Click the Profile Transactions icon from the Profile Object toolbar .
Click the Edge Cutting icon from the Profile Operations toolbar that opens .
Click the desired edge on the profile object you previously drew. It will be processed at the end close to the point you clicked.
At this stage, enter the amount of space in the "Application Distance" box on the profile operations.
A space is created as much as the value entered in the Application Distance box.
After the gap is created, the gap distance can be changed by pressing the Esc key and moving the mouse.
Edge End Cut Delete
Removes the space created by Edge End Cut.
Click the Profile Transactions icon from the Profile Object toolbar .
Click the Delete Edge End Cut icon from the Profile Operations toolbar that opens .
Click on the edge of the profile object that was previously cut.
Hide / Show Edge
Hides or shows an edge of the profile object.
Click the Profile Transactions icon from the Profile Object toolbar .
Click the Edge Hide / Show icon from the Profile Operations toolbar that opens .
Click the edge you want to keep in the profile object you previously drew.
The edge of the profile object will no longer be visible.
Repeat the same process to make a hidden edge visible again.
Hide / Show Edge Piece
Hides or shows part of the profile object edge.
Click the Profile Transactions icon from the Profile Object toolbar .
From the Profile Actions toolbar that opens , click the Hide / Show Edge Part icon.
Click on the edge piece you want to keep in the profile object you previously drawn.
The edge part of the profile object will no longer be visible.
To make a hidden edge piece visible again, repeat the same process.
Change Edge Piece End Angles
Arranges the end parts of the profile object according to a given angle.
Click the Profile Transactions icon from the Profile Object toolbar .
Click the Change Edge Part End Angles icon from the Profile Operations toolbar that opens .
Click the desired edge on the profile object you previously drew. It will be processed at the end close to the point you clicked.
The cursor at the end of the profile object will wait for you to specify the angle. At the same time give the Angle value in the coordinate box and lock the value by pressing the Enter key.
