TBDY Section 5.4.4. Modeling of Basement Walls and Slabs

Except in special cases, nonlinear modeling of basement walls and building floors around the building is not required. In normal cases, linear modeling will be made for these elements equivalent to the effective section stiffness given in Table 4.2
