The monolithic solution internal force results for the first stage are as follows. As an example 11th floor SO2 column is used. In this column, which is the upper section element, only the results of the first load case are used to determine the design internal forces.
Results obtained from the solution where the upper and lower ends of the same column are hinged for the first loading case.
It is seen that the shear force and moment values are 0.
The upper section analysis results for the 2nd basement floor S02 column are as follows. Both the first stage and the second stage results are used to determine the design essential internal forces in the basement floor elements.
