Using the "Transform" command in the right click menu, you can use the drawing you created with two dimensional primitive objects; you can define column, general profile, cornice, profile object, skirting, border, floor molding, roof gutter, dome gutter, jamb, railing objects as profile section, you can assign the defined sections to the relevant objects and display them on the perspective screen.
