B2, Stiffness Irregularity Between Adjacent Stories, Stiffness Irregularity Coefficient defined by dividing the average storey drift ratio at any ith storey, excluding basements, by the average relative storey drift ratio in an upper or lower storey, for either of two perpendicular earthquake directions.
