The Complete Message:

For A14 structural system type, Building Height Class (BYS)> = 2 condition is not met in (X / Y) direction


The buildings specified as BYS = 1 in the article 3.3.2.2 of TBDY 2018 will be classified as high-rise buildings according to Section 13 .

Since the carrier system type A14 is selected and the BYS> = 2 condition is not met, the program gives a warning.
