A scale value other than 100% may have been selected in your computer's display settings.

You can use one of the methods below to fix this problem without changing your scale setting.


Method 1

You can fix this problem by overriding the high DPI scaling for the program.

  • Select the program in the installation file and click the right mouse button. Click on the properties row from the drop-down list.

  • In the dialog that opens, switch to the Compatibility tab. Click the Change high DPI settings button.

  • Enable “Use this setting to fix scaling problems for this program instead of the one Settings” option.

  • Select the I open this program option as the DPI set for the main display.

  • In the DPI settings dialog that opens, enable the "Override high DPI scaling behavior" feature.

  • Select System as the scaling by .

  • Close the dialogs by clicking the OK and Apply buttons.

  • Restart the program.

Method 2

  • Hold down the Ctrl + Shift key on the left of the keyboard and run the program from the desktop shortcut.

  • Keep pressing the Ctrl + Shift keys until you get a message saying that registry entries and settings are cleared.

  • The message can stay in the background. Do not observe the message.

  • Continue the message by clicking OK. The program will open.

With this operation, the menu, toolbar and shortcuts are brought to the initial state of the program.
