With the offset command, you can copy a 2-dimensional drawing element (line, circle, arc) in parallel directions up to the distance you specify inward or outward.
Location of the Offset Command
You can access the offset command from the ribbon menu Drawings tab under the Modify heading.

Usage Steps
Click the Offset icon in the ribbon menu .
Enter the offset distance in the offset distance box on the offset toolbar that opens.
Select the object and click the side to be offset.
Click the right mouse button or press esc on the keyboard to finish.
