The building is rotated based on the lower left corner with an angle value given by the rotate building command.
Click the Modify/Rotate Building line in the classic menu , and the Tools/Tools/Rotate Building icon in the ribbon menu .
The Rotate Building dialog will open.
Give the angle value and click the OK button.
