The building is rotated based on the lower left corner with an angle value given by the rotate building command.
Location of the Rotate Building Command
You can access it under the ribbon menu Tools tab , under the title Tools.
Usage Steps
Click the Rotate Building icon in the ribbon menu .
The Rotate Building dialog will open.
Give the angle value and click the OK button.
