With the Drawing Order command, you can bring the selected object in the drawing to the background or foreground. Background Send , Send to Foreground , Send to Back Object's and objects in front of the Post can change the order of drawing with one of the choices.
Location of Drawing Sequence Command
After selecting the object, you can access the Drawing Order options in the menu that opens when the right mouse button is clicked .

The drawing order of the selected object will change.
