Site response analysis have to be performed in accordance with 11.4.8.
When short-period site coefficient Fa and long-period site coefficient for a period of 1.0 seconds are defined, horizontal elastic design acceleration spectrum corner periods To and Ts are calculated and the horizontal elastic design spectrum is created.
