Due to the need for site-specific analysis for site class F, the user defines short-period and long-period site coefficients Fa and Fv.
Site response analysis has to be performed in accordance with 11.4.8.
When short-period site coefficient Fa and long-period site coefficient for a period of 1.0 seconds are defined, horizontal elastic design acceleration spectrum corner periods To and Ts are calculated, and the horizontal elastic design spectrum is created.
