Show/Hide Railing

With the Show/Hide Railing command, the railings on the stairs are hidden or the hidden railings are shown. Stairs taken from the stair library have railings on both sides. After the stair is placed in the drawing area, the railings on the sides of the stairs where there should be no railing are removed.

Location of Show/Hide Railing

In Architectural Program

You can access it under the ribbon menu Home tab, Concrete title.

In Structural Program

You can reach it under the ribbon menu Concrete tab, Concrete title

Usage Steps

  • Click the Show/Hide Railing icon from the ribbon menu .

  • The stair toolbar will open.

  • Move the mouse cursor over the railing you want to remove and click the left button. The railing will be lifted.

  • You can keep the railings you want by repeating this process.

If you want to redraw the removed railing, click the stair edge again. The railing will come back.
