Rib spacing and Rib width controls are not provided on Ribbed and waffle slabs.
According to TS500 11.3.2 for rib and waffle slabs, the free space between Rib can be maximum 70 cm in Ribbed slabs. Warning is given when this range is more than 70 cm.
Possible solutions:
Entering rib spacing less than 70 cm for ribbed or waffle flooring.
Changing the slab type.
According to TS500 11.3.2 for ribbed and waffle slabs, the width of the rib should be at least 10 cm. A warning is given when the rib width on toothed floors is less than 10 cm.
Possible solutions:
Entering rib width greater than 10 cm for ribbed or waffle slab.
Changing the slab type.
