Running the ideCAD for the First Time

After the ideCAD is installed on your computer, the ideCAD hardware (dongle) must be plugged into the usb port to work. If more than one program lock is used, all of the locks can be plugged into the usb port.

The ideCAD is run from the desktop or by clicking the Start / Program folder.

When the ideCAD is opened for the first time, the "Graphical User Interface Selection" window will open. According to the selection made, the ideCAD will then open with the classic or ribbon menu interface.

After the selection is made, the Start Page will open. An empty project can be opened by clicking the New Project icon.
