Creating a Slab by Free Mode Slab
Concrete slab is created by selecting the borders with the Create Free Mode Slab command. In order to create a slab, the slab boundaries must first be determined. The boundaries of slabs are determined by beams, shearwalls or slab edges.
The elements forming the boundaries of the slabs should be connected to each other without errors, the area should be completely covered. Mistakes to be made at this stage result in the inability to create or erroneous creation of the slabs.
Location of Free Mode Slab
You can access it under the Concrete tab in the Ribbon menu , under the Concrete title.
Usage Steps
To define the slab by selecting the contour in the area above;
In the ribbon menu, click the Free Mode Slab icon.
The slab toolbar will open.
Choose one of your beams.
According to the movement of your mouse, the ideCAD will show the beam you can select as the next step.
In this way, create an enclosed space by selecting your continuation beams.
When you choose your last beam, your slab will be formed.
