Dead Loads

  • On the roof floor 4 kN/m2 and on all other floors 4.9 kN/m2 is applied as a distributed load over the story slabs.

  • Roof floor loads are shown in the image below.

Moving Loads

  • On the roof floor 2 kN/m2 and on all other floors 2 kN/m2 is applied as a distributed load over the story slab.

  • The live load participation rate is determined as 0.3 as per TBDY 2018 Table 4.3. ideCAD Structural story general settings are set in the LLF section. For detailed information, see: https://idecad.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/T2EB/pages/1804372712

Snow Load

  • The maximum snow height for Istanbul Maslak is given as 75 cm. Calculation is made as 80 cm in order to stay in the safe zone. In the roof floor, 1.3 kN/m2 is applied as an area distributed load on the floor.
