In the article 4.3.2.4 of TBDY 2018 , two conditions defined in (a) and (b) below are specified in any direction in buildings with reinforced concrete curtain and / or steel braced frame with DTS = 1, 1a, 2, 2a .

(a)   a single pitch bearing system or steel receives base stall torque of the bracing frame M _DEV , then the total floor tilting moment occurring in seismic loads for the entire building in the direction M _o ^' s third is no greater than.
