TBDY Article 7.6.5.1 ….In addition, the amount of longitudinal rebars in each shearwall end zone shall not be less than 4φ14. You receive a warning because this condition is not met.

Solution :

Use longitudinal rebar with a diameter of 14 mm or higher in shearwall end azone where error messages are given.
