The thickness of the curtains that are not held by a curtain in lateral direction at both ends cannot be less than 1/30 of the curtain length. TBDY 7.6.1.2. (B)


In TBDY 2018 clause 7.6.1.1 (b) , the condition is given that the thickness of the rectangular curtain or curtain arm shall not be less than 1/30 of the length of the curtain or curtain arm that is not kept in the lateral direction in the plan.

Solution

  • Until the condition is met, the thickness of the solid and called curtain can be increased or the length of the curtain in plan can be reduced.
