The thickness of the curtains that are not held by a curtain in lateral direction at both ends cannot be less than 1/30 of the curtain length. TBDY 7.6.1.2. (B)
In TBDY 2018 clause 7.6.1.1 (b) , the condition is given that the thickness of the rectangular curtain or curtain arm shall not be less than 1/30 of the length of the curtain or curtain arm that is not kept in the lateral direction in the plan.
Solution
Until the condition is met, the thickness of the solid and called curtain can be increased or the length of the curtain in plan can be reduced.
