Application of Overstrength Factor per ASCE 7-16 §12.2.1

The application of an overstrength factor, Ω_o, is applied to some seismic load combinations in ASCE/SEI 7. These load combinations are attempted for members or connections whose inelastic behavior cause poor system performance.
