Stories That Will Not Join The Building Height

According to Article 3.3.1.3 of TBDY 2018, if you have stories that do not agree with the building height, you can check the "Elevator / Engine Room" box on the relevant story in the Stories Setting dialog. The stories with the "Elevator / Engine Room" box marked are not taken into account in the earthquake calculations and the building height calculations.
