When All Failures are Active

After the Analysis+Design is done, while the "All failures" is active on the 3D analysis model visualization screen, the element concrete design results dialog is opened by clicking on any element. The element design results dialog contains the results for the amount of reinforcement, design ratio, internal forces, and design forces.
