Slabs With Mesh Wire
Analysis, design and code requirements check results of mesh-reinforced slabs are given in the Slabs With Mesh Wire dialog. Detail results of floors designed as mesh reinforcement are given in this dialog.
In order to see the design results in the Slabs With Mesh Wire dialog, the Use mesh wire option in the Mesh Wire tab of the Slab Settings window must be checked.
The Place of Slabs With Mesh Wire Dialogue
After the analysis, you can access it by clicking the Wire Mesh Reinforced Flooring command under the ribbon menu Analysis and Design tab, Reinforced Concrete Design heading .
Wire Mesh Reinforced Floor Dialogue General Features
Using the Shift key In this tab, you can select more than one row with the Shift key, enter a value by double-clicking on any cell whose value is open to change, and make that value apply to all selected rows. |
Using the Ctrl key The Ctrl key selects the in-between lines one by one. |
Show all stories When checked, it lists the tiles across the entire floor. When unchecked, only the tiles of the running active floor are listed. |
Show top mesh reinforcements of selected floors For any marked slab or slabs group, it lists the rebars on top of the slabs. Otherwise, a list of all tiles is given. |
OK Closes the dialog by saving the changes made. |
Cancel Closes the dialog without saving the changes made. |
Under Meshwires:
Detailed information of the reinforcements placed in the lower part of the slab section is given.

---|
DS It is the reinforcement fixing column. If marked, the reinforcement is fixed. When the mesh reinforcements are changed, the DS is marked automatically and the tooth reinforcement remains fixed when the calculation is made again. |
ID It is the name of the floor that appears in the plan. (D1, D2, D10 etc.) In case of negativity, the term related to the negativity is added next to the name of the record. D101(Min) etc text appears. |
Story It is the name of the floor where the flooring is located. |
Meshwire It is the mat type placed under the floor section. |
M1 It is the highest moment value in the 1 direction of the slab, in the lower part of the slab, which is taken as a basis for the selection of the wicker reinforcement. |
M2 It is the highest moment value on the other side of the slab, in the lower part of the slab, which is taken as a basis for the selection of the wicker reinforcement. |
Calc. As1 It is the amount of reinforcement in area calculated using the M1 moment in the 1 direction. |
Req. As1 It is the amount of reinforcement in terms of area that should be placed in the section in the 1 direction as per the regulation. |
Extra As1 It is the difference of the current reinforcement amount selected for the section in the 1 direction, whichever is greater than the calculation As1 or the calculation As1 values. |
Calc. As2 It is the amount of reinforcement in area calculated using the M2 moment. |
Req. As2 It is the amount of reinforcement that should be placed in the section in accordance with the regulation in the 2 direction. |
Extra As2 It is the amount of excess reinforcement in the section after the selection of reinforcement in the section in the 2 direction. |
Upper Meshwires:
Detailed information of the reinforcements placed in the upper part of the slab section is given.

Support ID The name of the support area of the slab is written. |
Story It is the name of the floor where the flooring is located. |
Slabs The names of the slabs attached to the relevant support are given. |
Meshwire It is the name of the wicker reinforcement placed in the support area. |
Moment It is the design moment based on the mesh reinforcement calculation on the relevant support. |
Calc.As. It is the value of the reinforcement found from the moment in terms of area. |
Req.As.
It is the value in terms of area of the reinforcement that should be placed in the support area as per the regulation. |
